Released in 2007 as a self-made digipak limited to 80 copies. It was sold atDoom Shall Rise V in 2007.
Released on 12" vinyl in 2007 by Nachtgnosis. Limited to 500 copies.
Re-released by Ván Records as "Psalmbok" in 2009 as a MCD with new artwork.
Also released on tape (200 copies) by French label Offering. Same artwork as the CD re-release.
